Amended Local Rules for the North Carolina Business Court take effect today. Sally Higgins served as a member of the Local Rules Committee of the North Carolina Business Court, in which complex business cases and matters of commercial and corporate law are litigated. The Business Court Rules were last revised in 2006.
Sally Higgins began serving a two-year term as President of the Board of Directors of the Myers Park High School Foundation. The Foundation works to enhance the educational experience of every Myers Park student by expanding opportunity, addressing unmet needs and funding innovation. Higgins, a Myers Park graduate in the Class of 1987, began serving on the Foundation’s Board of Directors in 2014.
