Amended Local Rules

Amended Local Rules for the North Carolina Business Court take effect today. Sally Higgins served as a member of the Local Rules Committee of the North Carolina Business Court, in which complex business cases and matters of commercial and corporate law are litigated. The Business Court Rules were last revised in 2006.
